Mark Touw

A Land Use Planner by trade, Mark Touw is a Registered Professional Planner and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. Mark manages a diverse planning practice that covers Eastern Ontario however his area of specialty is development and urban planning for both the private and public sector. He is the principal municipal planner for the Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands and the Town of Greater Napanee. For the private sector he leads planning projects that include: Planning Feasibility/ Due Diligence Studies, Community Design Visioning, Secondary Plans, Official Plan Amendments, Block Plans, Plans of Subdivision, Zoning By-Law Amendments, Consents, Minor Variances and Site Plans.
