Randy Stoll

Randy Stoll possesses strong project management and engineering skills as they pertain to water and wastewater projects. His structural and hydraulic engineering experience includes complete structural designs of water and wastewater treatment plants, and he has conducted numerous hydraulic studies and designs for urban and rural public water systems. Randy manages water, wastewater, roadway and ground/well water projects for municipalities, counties, and water and sewer districts, also assisting in sourcing funding for projects. In addition to project management and design, he also performs contract administration, overseeing construction projects and preparation of engineering plans, specifications, feasibility studies and preliminary engineering reports.
